This category contains numerous collectibles related to "The Beatles," the four lads from Liverpool who conquered the rock n' roll world by storm in 1964. I have actually been collecting Beatles memorabilia since 1963 when I used to get things mailed to me from friends in England before they were even known in America. I met these friends from England through my cousins in Montreal, Canada. My English lads were the ones who first turned me on to this fabulous group of Liverpudlian musicians and told me they were going to be the biggest thing in music. That turned out to be almost an understatement. All these years later they are still huge and bringing in new generations of fans all of the time. I have been a huge Beatles fan from the very first day I saw and heard them. Most of my Roosevelt School friends were a year behind me because they did not become a phenomenon in the States until February 9, 1964, when they made their first appearance on the Ed Sullivan show, and had their first number 1 single in America with, "I Want to Hold Your Hand." I am very proud to have earned the sobriquet of "The Beatles Man" since I was 10 years old.

I have had the privilege of seeing all four Beatles perform live multiple times as solo artist, and I am very proud to have had some very good friends who knew them intimately. As a result, I have had some extremely special and ultimately "one of a kind" rare items in my collection over these past 64 years! Many of my rarest items came from the Beatles themselves, and were never in private hands before mine. Enjoy browsing through the history of The Beatles.
