I offer multiple payment options; Pay Pal, all major credit cards used through Pay Pal, and check and money order. Please choose the payment method that works best for you at checkout.
You can pay securely with any major credit card through Pay Pal. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to utilize this service. You can pay via Pay Pal as a guest. If you choose Pay Pal, a link to make payment will be provided to you in a second confirmation email. You can use whatever funds you have linked to your own Pay Pal account (if you have one) such as a debit card, checking account, or savings account. Please note that the SECOND confirmation email with final total due including shipping fee, sales tax and the link to Pay Pal is manually generated. Since I am not at the computer 24/7 please be patient as it is possible that this second confirmation with Pay Pal link may take several hours before it is sent, especially when orders are placed in the evening or early morning hours. Please remember that we are on eastern standard time here in Florida.
If you prefer to pay by mail, I accept checks and money orders, and you can choose that option during the check out process. Please note that mail payments are due within SEVEN days of the order date unless other arrangements have been made in advance of your order! Please allow TEN days for personal checks to clear our bank. For fastest shipping service please submit a cashier's check or money order. Please make your payment out to WAR BETWEEN THE STATES, NOT Len Rosa. Shipping and insurance fees are additional based on size, weight and dollar value. These fees will be shown in your updated (SECOND) order acknowledgement email. That email shows that your order status is "confirmed" and it will also include the insured shipping fee and sales tax. Before mailing payment please make sure you wait to receive the SECOND confirmation email so that I may have the opportunity to make sure the item[s] you ordered are still in stock, (just because an item in not marked Sold, does not mean that it is available), and add the insured shipping fee and sales tax. If possible, please include a print out of your confirmation email, the one with the shipping fee included, when you mail your check or money order to me. This will help insure that we have all the correct information before we ship your order. Payments sent without including the shipping fee will not be mailed.
A note on shipping, orders are mailed via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. If you want to make other shipping arrangements please contact me in advance of your order and I will try to accommodate you if possible. For example books may be shipped via USPS Media Mail. Next Day Air shipping is also available at current USPS rates. We ship to the United States only.

PAY PAL PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS After you place your order you will receive an email that lets you know that your order has been received into my system. Your order will then be processed as soon as possible. I will check my inventory and make sure the item[s] you have ordered are still available. You will then receive a second email confirming that the item[s] ordered are available and the insured shipping fees, and any applicable sales tax will be added. That confirmation email will also have a link in it that you can click on to access the Pay Pal payment page. Please do not attempt to pay for your order until you receive the 2nd email which confirms your order and includes the shipping fees. Please allow time for this second confirmation email as it is generated manually and I may be away from the computer when your order comes in. Please be patient and I will get to your order as soon as possible. Thank you for your kind consideration. Pay Pal payments are due upon receipt of the second order confirmation unless other arrangements have been made with us in advance. If I do not receive your payment within 24 hours of your second order confirmation all items ordered will be returned to my active inventory and your name will be added to my restricted list.
